ADVENTURE CAMP!

okay, i have to say it rocked!

the weather was really annoying but, we still had funnn!:D

slept in the same tent as valen, kat, hazel, charlotte, lingli& dwi!:D

esther&jed's tent was beside ours(:

i shall tell grandmother stories; starting from dayONE!

day1:

okay, i had to carry my 'luggage' all the way from tanglinCC bus stop to the courtyard okay! it wasnt light! REALLY! i was limping! i think it weighed like ten kg!

most of them were there when i reached. so we were like comparing luggages. hahaha. then i was walking walking, suddenly i almost trip over this SUPER BIG luggage. so then i thought it was estherlin's cause you know, ESTHERLIN eh! cause we all know that she might bring something very big. hahaha. but in the end, it was estherSEAH's instead. yerrr. i was like,"esther! you know i thought that big big luggage is yours!" then she gave that 'tsk' face&laughed. haha. sorry luhh.

yupps. then we waited so super long and FINALLY, we get to board the bus! yes. all excited monkeys. we were really looking forward. we did alot of stupid things on the bus too! heeeh, thats us, cant help it! oh oh! we passed this yio chu kang cemetry thing before reaching sarimbun campsite. it was pretty.... nice? no i mean its like, a nice view luhh. all neat and tidy with the different religions or somthing? the chinese, malay and christian cemetry with like 20+/- lanes. so cool.

after passing the cemetry and blahblah, we finally reached the campsite. it didnt look good on the outside kay. seriously it didnt. so we were all screaming. and like the campsite was really inside so when we were outside, we saw lots of uhh, rubbish so we supposed it was gonna be bad.

alighted outside the campsite and went in with the lead of the trainers. there was only stone &sandy-mud paths. we were like, looking on the floor while we walked.

we assembled at this only mud&grass place and we were told to SIT. so obviously most of us didnt. we sat on our bags then. after all the briefings and putting our bags on the canteen which is the only place with shelter or something, we proceed to our own groups with our trainers. my group's is sonia. she has quite a squeaky voice. and i thought it sucked. sorry. we had to do this 'goals' thing. oh and our group name was gucci. ahah, sounds so.. chichichi-ish. yep, we had to come out with a cheer too. that took quite long luhh. ohh btw, the other grp's trainer is haz. shes FUN and NICE!:D

then we had to pitch our own tents! yes! it was quite fun! we had to carry many many heavy things to the field before even pitching. after carrying all those stuff my hands are like, rough. those like when you do too much housework, you'll feel that you have dry hands kind. yupp. tent pitching was fun! we built ours on this not-so-straight land so we joined all our floorboards together. it was quite difficult to get through but it was rather cosy!

when we were gonna finish pitching the tents, it started drizzling or smth? yup. after pitching the tents, we had our LUNCH! yes! i felt quite hungry! and i finished everything! hehehehe. oh &the rain became heavier. so yes, obviously we couldnt do out activities on time. we had rafting and kayaking. &the rain delayed them. saddening kay.

we were supposed to do kayaking according to the schedule but instead, we had to do the rafting. oh in case y'all dont know whats rafting, its the one where you have to build a boat thing using 4longggggggggg wooden sticks and 3tyres. i wouldnt say sticks luhh, i shall say rods or maybe planks. it was really heavy! and before that we had to help the SY people carry out all the kayaks in the rain, of course. then haz said she needed 2people to go with her to carry the planks. so i pulled estherLIN along since she was so free.

we followed her and yes. we carried this two heavy and long wooden thing luhh. esther was infront while i was at the back. i think we were like 30metres apart. so far right! &i think those two thing weighed like TEN KILOGRAMS or what! very very very extremely heavy! and we like carried IN the rain! we walked about 100metres or less then i couldnt see anything cos the water went into my eyes. then esther keep complaining that i turn the planks so it was like, i turn, she turn, i turn again, she turn back and blahblah. i was like already shouting,"ESTHER! I CANNOT SEE ANYTHING!" like for how long. then suddenly she let go of the planks. and so of course i also had to luhh. if not my hand.... cant take it luhh. i cleared my eyes and proceed on.

i hands were alrd shaking and my body was shivering alrd and i still carried all those things. luckily half way the SY people came to help. thanks man. seriously, my hand had NO COLOUR. you can imagine how cold i was. and there wasnt any dry spot on me luhh. kat and hazel said my lips were pale. the rainy rain plus the windy wind. what do you think!

didnt really help for rafting. cause. i. was. so. cold. needed ppl ro try the raft. so since i was like not dry alrd, i just volunteered. after rafting we went to bathe. okay. it was this open area where everyone just bathed together. we were so lucky cos we were one of the earlier classes. then like its in the open right, so we cant bathe naked, obviously. so we had our undergarments+shorts on. quite cool luhh. funn to bathe together! but after that the drains were flooded! ohh and summore we bathed in the drizzle. yes. this was how diff kay.

so after bathing, it was DINNER. WHOO. had hot milo! that was SOOO GREAT. at least it warmed my hands and body!:D after dinner came the serious game thing. we were supposed to keep quiet, close our eyes, hold each others hands, and put our heads down, & pass down a number by squeezing our friends hands by the number of squeezes per time. not a easy game. our group didnt manage to figure out the answer. but it was a good lesson learnt. we learnt to appreciate things more in life. yeah. those with physical disabilities are really poor thing and they treasure things more than we do. at least this is what i think!

yupp, had supper then went back to our tents to sleep!:D oh and some ppl went back! they missed out the fun! i think like 3 of them from my group went back. think it was voilet, abby and chels? so when i reported the no of ppl, it was like the least no of ppl in a grp! haha.

&you know! it was still drizzling at night! so we could here the pik piaks. oh and our tent place was bad bad bad. it was all muddy at the my-side entrance! like your whole feet will sink in those kind when you just simply walk! esther and jed came to our tent and we talked lotsa crappy crap! they went back &were still talking crap! could hear them from our tent.

the trainers were outside and they kept telling us to sleep cause they could hear us talking. one of them said that they just scolded two girls for being too noisy and inconsiderate. and DUH~ we thought it was esther and jed but they said it wasnt them. eeeyerr. would be really funny if it was them! haha. not long after then trainers went to the sheltered area(so called canteen?) to sleep. then again, noise travels so... could hear esther and jed's voice luhh. quite tired so slept not long after. oh wait. dwi hang her 'thomas the train' thing towel in the tent at lingli's sleeping place so she was complaining that she cant get to sleep and that thomas was huanting her! HAHA. poor lingli!:D:D

day2:

valen and some other people woke up at like 5plus luhh. dunno why did they do that. then they went to esther's tent? yeah. i was so tired i woke up at like6? with dwi and some other people!

our schedule was a super good one! we had hangout first after breakfast. i did the high high element! so scary! i still felt fine when i was in the belay team thing and thought it was nothing. but right. when i was climbing. oh my! scaryyyyyyy! i was like screaming! oh yes charlotte! so brave luh! haz's group was doing the scariest one. rawr. esther was doing the lowest and easiest one yet she screamed the loudest. in fact she even cried? whoa. she started earlier than me and when i was walking the thing she was still clinging on to the thing. ahaha, so many thing.

did the fun fun zipline after that! i was the 7th to do it? it was really fun! that scott was quite annoying. i was like asking him what to do. and he said he'll do it for me. in the end he did wrongly and i got scolded. eeyerr. stupid. anyway, the moment when i jumped! the feeling was, GREAT! love it! FUN FUN and only FUN!:D

did rock climbing after that. estherLIN was my supporter. i couldnt climb then thing cause the rocks were so small and apart! oh man. esther instead of supporting me, she kinda pulled my shirt up. hahaha. stupid esther. then after til i climbed a certain height, she was like," EH! I CANNOT HOLD YOU ANYMORE! TOO HIGH! WHOA! YOU GO UP YOURSELF!" i swear the way she said it was FUNNY. really kay!

after that was lunch! then we played some games and cheers and campfire stuff before going to the challenge valley! I LOVE THAT THE MOST! the pool was brownish. well, its called the milo pool, which means muddyyyy pool. but the mud was all down and the water was fine:D we made both the trainers do it first. funnnn! i did last! then some people got to do it again. esther was the first one out of all of us to go. the very 1st one from secondarytwograceyear2007. hahah, yes. you should feel proud, esther. ohh you know when it was like xiuhui's turn or smth, she screamed and like opened her mouth so she drank the water. so hazel laughed so much she pee-ed. hahaha. and haz couldnt stop laughing. i think she laughed for like some full ten mins!

we finished everything early so we bathed early too! thanks to haz for making us do things fast!i think we were an hour early! so we had time to practice our campfire thing before the campfire. good! yep. so after dinner was campfire! AND LIKE, our class was the FIRST to perform! and it was quite screwed. haha, luckily i was standing right at the back!:D oh oh! sarah had gastric or smth in the middle of the campfire! poorthing! wanted to do smth when i saw her in great pain.

we were like doing the twograce banana cheer on the way back. and haz told us that she knew it was us when other trainers were asking which group it was. aha. she was like,"ah that one dont need to ask lah. surely my class one." HAHA, cool!

supper was green bean soup which tasted quite.... weird. didnt sleep in the tents cause only half the number of tents were built. so we slept in the STI or smth? with ppl from other classes. it was COLD there. one good thing is that its near the toilet. ahaha. we were still very noisy by 11? or 10.55? so haz called EVERYONE out and somehow scolded us. aiyoh. i was sleeping in between valen and dwi, then dwi turned to her left, and valen was talking to shoes all the way who was on her right, so i was left in the middle. so i slept early. they said they couldnt sleep cause of jed's nonsense. ahh, cant be bothered. at least i had a good sleep!:D

day3:

assembled at the sheltered area. &it stopped raining! but too bad for us, it stopped on the last day. whats the point? lols. we had to remove the floorboards from the tents even before eating breakfast. rawr. okay. and yes, my hands felt rough again. but this time it was like a human chain so it was so much easier. had our breakfast, packed and left for kallang for dragon boating! WHOO!

dragonboating rocked! my 2nd time! 1st time was netball training. i partner-ed dwi!:D yaye netballers! we didnt win for the races though! we rocked our boats! i swear it was fun! REALLY! lalala. team spirit! the 2 twograce groups joined forces and bullied other groups! WHOO! GO GRACE!

after dragon boating, we walked to kallang stadium's toilet and got changed into nice and fresh clothes! ate lunch! haz treated some of us to drinks! she refused to accept my money kay! anyway thanks haz! love<3

heeded back to sch and had debrief! they photos that were taken were also shown up!& there was one when they showed the 6SE class tee, almost all the former 6SE people screamed! accept for valen luhh. well, her battery was flat- its like you can hear ppl screaming from differnt corners of the LT. hahah. cool luhh, then the trainers were like, giving that whoa face.see we still love 6SE so much! most of us brought the tee! thats why they took the pict? heeeeh. 6SE is the LOVE!<3>

yupps. anyway, after that break camp. then went home on mum's nice nice car! hahaha. ate guava that mum bought. hehehe. I LOVE THE CAMP!:D WHOOOOOO!

saturday,3march07:

okay. i had tuition.its math. and science on tues.

and guess what! its at the far far BISHAN!

oh my! that stupid teacher didnt allow us to LAUGH at all. wahseh. stupid fat guy.

dont care bout tuition luhh.

after tuition went to minyee's house to teach her dance.

there was this 'shake butt' step.

XM&I TOOK ONEHOUR+/- TO TEACH HER and then she only mastered ABIT! so annoying ah!

her dad was like saying when she dances, she looks like a tree swaying.

so funny! hahaha.

&he said that she was a disgrace to teochews! HAHAHAHA.

minyee, work hard! dont disgrace us! HAHAHA

teochew girls are the best kay!

hahaha. kidding luhh.
